This one hour nourishing treat session with Jo Gibbs will draw on the gentle art of Qi Gong based movement, relaxation, and meditation. This practice will allow you to understand how we automatically struggle when physically, mentally or emotionally overwhelmed.

“When we stop struggling we float” Mark Nepo

This practice will allow you to understand how we automatically struggle when physically, mentally or emotionally overwhelmed. We will spend some time exploring a self compassionate RAIN practice to help us cope and regulate during challenging times.

If you can’t make the session it will be recorded for you to watch it any time in the comfort of your own home and space for 4 weeks after the event.

No previous practice is required. The movement will be gentle and modifications offered for those who need it. It is best to wear warm comfortable clothes and have some blankets, a cushion or pillow and somewhere comfortable to lie down for the meditation. You may also want a soft scarf or hand towel to cover the eyes while practicing deep rest.
