This one hour nourishing treat session with Jo Gibbs will draw on the gentle art of Qi Gong based movement, relaxation, and meditation, to help create an effortless space to create calm and help lessen the stress, anxiety and exhaustion associated with the end of year Christmas chaos.

About the event

Stress and anxiety often ramp up around the end of the year. Life gets even busier due to societal expectations, overwhelming responsibilities, interpersonal conflict and financial pressures. 

December can leave us feeling stressed and exhausted. Research shows that Christmas can also place a toll on your health. 

Taking time out to create a breathing space can help you find some peace to recharge and recover, and help lessen the stress, anxiety and exhaustion associated with the end of year Christmas chaos.

If you can’t make the session it will be recorded for you to watch it any time in the comfort of your own home and space for 2 weeks after the event.

No previous practice is required. The movement will be gentle and modifications offered for those who need it. It is best to wear warm comfortable clothes and have some blankets, a cushion or pillow and somewhere comfortable to lie down for the meditation. You may also want a soft scarf or hand towel to cover the eyes while practicing deep rest.
